Andrew Boyle Associates Ltd is a firm of independent transport consultants. It was set up in 1997 by its Principal, Andrew Boyle, following a career in government service culminating in a senior position within the Highways Agency.
The company specialises in providing advice and assistance to policy makers on a wide range of road related transport matters, the review of the way such policies are executed both within central and local government and the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
